Moving to a new place can be a real pain. When looking for apartments, I’ve found rent.com a nice resource.

Did you know they offer you $100 if you lease an apartment that you saw on their site?

Here’s how.

1. Sign up for account on rent.com
2. While logged in, look at an apartment you might be interested in.
3. While visiting the apartment in person, mention rent.com as the referral
4. After signing lease, fill out the reward request online
5. Wait for $100 debit card

I did this successfully recently and it was a very simple thing to do. I already spend my $100!
